Well, not only has it been awhile since I've uploaded something, it's also been awhile since I've uploaded an ID. I know; I'm terrible. I've been caught up with my art projects and pulling together a portfolio for the art colleges I'm applying to.
. . . but I've been working on stories for you guys! *shot because no one cares*
Anyway, I realized that the last time I had an ID with my face in it was back in 2009. Holy Chun Plum, Batman.
. . . (Chun Plum's the name of a glaze we have in my ceramics class at school. LOL. Weird.)
Yeeeeahhh . . . over the years I've become an "endearingly awkward," but happy dork compared to my previously depressed, self-hating, shy self that was around since 2007. She slowly died out into the end of my sophomore year (2010). May she never ever
Also, you may have noticed that my hair's a hell of a lot longer. PFFT. I like it this way, and I'm pretty sure I'll never ever chop it off, unless it's a little past shoulder length. That's what I've decided. It can be no shorter than that.
. . . And holy balls, no more fringe bangs for me either, or
auburn hair; only long bangs because I seriously spent like, four years growing it out. It was the biggest pain in the ass for me because a lot of the time it would be at a really awkward length. Like, the kind of awkward where it looks stupid down, but it's too short to pin back. And it had this tendency to curl in towards my face.
. . . I'm just sooooo glad I survived through growing them out. It was well worth it in the long run. Definitely. My hair is so freeeeee. XDDD *SHOT*
I'm such an idiot.
<-- If I were a rage comic character, I would be this one. PFFFT.
Oh, and photo courtesy of Elizabeth (~kumori-tokage
). It was an extremely cold day last Saturday to be taking pictures and it started to freaking drizzle on and off. It was really miserable to begin with, but after a while I honestly didn't care, especially because of all the pretty trees that had changed color. I freaking love autumn.
I was running over to Elizabeth like a spaz so we could look at the trees, and she caught this. We actually have nicer, more "model-esque" photos, but I thought this captured my personality best. I found it funny because it was kind of unintentional. I feel like those are the best kinds of pictures.
ANNNNND CLOSING DERP.
