WELL THEN. HI. Hey. You With the Face. c:

God, where do I even start. Is anyone still here? LOL. 

Well, my last journal was back in September when I was getting ready to move into my dorm at SCAD. 

I currently just started my third quarter at SCAD this week and I've started my first Animation class, Action Analysis. No animating, just capturing the movement of a pose/gesture, and learning proportions and stuff. Y'know, to keep characters consistent. And I'm also in Life Drawing, which means I get to draw lovely, lovely NAKED PEOPLE. They are wonderful models.  

BUT YEAH. Basically life is pretty awesome right now. Going to art school with my best friend (NKWhite), feeling like I'm meeting cool people that understand me (or maybe not, I don't even know LOL), I feel really independent, I'm still not homesick (14 hours away from home, and still going strong, YEAH) . . . it's all amazing. Sincerely. I couldn't be happier. 

Just today, I signed some papers to live in a four-bedroom apartment styled dorm (with a kitchen!) close to the animation building. It was literally last minute though. Annnnnnnd I don't know the girl I'll be living with. PFFT. I didn't meet her until she came to my dorm with the papers to sign. An acquaintance of mine in my Life Drawing class (who was previously in my Drawing 2 class last quarter) mentioned that her friend needed roommates, and that if I was interested, I should definitely get on that because the sign-up papers are due tomorrow. So, I made a really quick decision (because either way I knew I'd be living on campus next year) and decided to just roll with it. It could be a big mistake, or it could be totally fine, I honestly don't know. <8I 

But I mostly did it because I'll have my own bedroom. And there's a kitchen, so I can make my own damn pancakes. :icon: *shot* . . . and my roommate also signed the papers to live there too, so that'll be interesting. LOL. I think she's an accessory design major, so I'm not so sure she'll understand my humor or anything, or my interests, but I'm confident that we could co-exist in the same apartment. HAHA. She seemed really nice, so I think it'll be fine. c: 

Sorry that I haven't updated or anything in awhile though. PFFT. That's my bad. I've just been busy with projects and then suddenly it's FINALS WEEK and then I only get maybe four hours of sleep in five days. HAHAA. Yeah. That's cool beans. Can't do that this time. I need better time management, especially with my classes this quarter.  

I'll probably start uploading some more work. Maybe. If I have time. Or at least more of my characters and stuff. I really do need to get on that. I'm just really excited because my Life Drawing class and Action Analysis will help out with drawing characters. So, I'm hoping at the end of these nine weeks I'll be incredibly comfortable with drawing poses and just humans in general. Considering the amount of work that I'll have in Action Analysis, I'd say the probability of that happening is very high. Derp.
